Norwegian cheese


(This is a shout-out to Jake and Johannes.)
I love cheese, I won't deny it, so I've been more than happy to try the native cheeses of Norway. Norwegians love their brown cheese. Brown cheese has a strong, sweet flavor. Jarlsberg has a mild, buttery, nutty flavor. At meal time I slice a piece of cheese, put on some homemade bread, and enjoy. I feel very Norwegian in the process.
